How to Have Good Chinese Food at Home:
Reheating is easy for JIN’S CHOW MEIN.
In case you are not quite ready to eat when the food is brought home or left over for the next day; put small amount of oil in the frying pan, add the food and stir under slow fire until the food gets hot.
Chow Mein Noodles are usually kept separate. No reheating is necessary. Egg Rolls can be re fried in deep oil like French Fried Potatoes. Of course, they can also be reheated in the oven or microwave oven.
